Theo & Lisa met on the 29th November 2009...
It was a warm summer day when Lisa stepped off the plane and walked down the long corridors of OR Tambo airport. She had never met the man that was waiting for her at the arrivals terminal.
She was so excited to be headed home for 5 long weeks with friends and family. Walking amongst all the other passengers jostling towards the luggage carousel, the excitement building.
She picked up her bags and continued her journey towards the large glass doors that lead to the outside…. and the man, virtually a stranger, awaiting her. As she stepped through the doors, she looked about nervously but could not see anybody that resembled the man she was looking for.
Looking around in search of the person expecting her, she turned to find him standing just behind her. Her heart quickened from fright, then settled as she saw him smiling at her.
She smiled back and hugged him in greeting….
